General Returns
We accept returns only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered to the customer.
Non-Returnable Products
- Customized wallpapers are non-refundable and non-returnable once the design preview has been approved and printed.
- As these products are made specifically as per customer requirements, they cannot be reused or resold.
Damaged Product Policy (Glass Tiles / Fragile Items)
For products such as glass tiles or fragile materials:
- Customers must open the package at the time of delivery in front of the courier partner.
- A clear unboxing video must be recorded showing the damage.
- The video must be shared with us immediately.
👉 Important:
Refund or replacement will be processed only after verifying the damage through the video proof.
Reporting Time
Any damage, defect, or missing item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos.
Refund Process
- Once the return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be replaced based on availability after verification of the issue.
